3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Job Listings and Apply Redirects

• Job listings are sourced from third-party partners and employers. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of job listings.
• When you click "Apply," you are redirected to an external website operated by the employer or our partner. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or outcomes on those external sites.
• Job listings may expire, be removed, or become unavailable at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee that any job listing represents a real, current, or available position.

5. Employer Lead Submissions

Employers or recruiters who submit inquiries via our "Post a Job" form consent to being contacted regarding our job listing services. Submission does not guarantee listing placement.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Submit false or misleading information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, layout, code, and original content are the property of FindAJob. Job listing content is the property of respective employers and partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindAJob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost data, or loss of profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
